We went out for Valentines tonight at “Melt” a fairly new, very fancy Italian restaurant out in Saucon Valley. The atmosphere in this place is really amazing, you can see pics here. Its really cozy and romantic. The website has the menu on it as well as their absurdly huge wine list. Its more of a wine-novel really. Everything was fantastic, except for the tea, which Chris says sucked, but you cant have everything, right?

Here is the apartment that we’re hoping to get in Colorado! The complex looks beautiful, it has 2 heated pools, a jacuzzi, and workout room, and it backs up to an 11 acre park! We mailed our application already, so keep your fingers crossed for us! (we put all the little furniture icons in there, we were just playing around with it last night)

Yep, we’re blogging now! Since we always seem to have so much going on, we figured it was high time to have a central location to post pictures and updates. (Hopefully) We’ll post here often and work hard at keeping everyone up to date.
